Michael A. Randel, Certified Public Accountant, Licensed Financial Advisor, is the managing partner of Dickson, Randel & Company. mike@dicksonrandel.com Mike is a native of Detroit, earning his B.A. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a member the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Grodman Cure Foundation and keeps active in his community by participating in the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce and the Willow Ridge Neighborhood Association. Mike is qualified as an expert witness in Federal Bankruptcy Court. He is regularly interviewed for print media and serves as a guest lecturer at public seminars. A frequent speaker on radio, Mike is often asked to appear as an authority on many different business topics. To develop his expertise, Mike has attended numerous continuing education seminars including Long Term Care Concepts, Estate Planning Concepts, Buy/Sell Strategies, Tax Planning Strategies, Income Tax Planning and Asset Planning Techniques. Mike stays abreast of new tax regulations by regularly participating in Tax Update Seminars and Discussions. Mike concentrates his professional efforts in tax, financial and estate planning, and marketing/management consulting for individuals and small businesses. His enthusiasm and personal involvement ensure that the needs of clients and associates will be met. Mike and his wife, Danielle, reside in Walled Lake. They are currently very busy chasing after their beautiful two-year old daughter, Ali Sydney. |

Cynthia Steffani is a key member of the management team here at Dickson, Randel & Company. Cindy joined the firm in 1973 and has remained a loyal and dedicated accountant for over 30 years. She is an integral part of our continued success. cindy@dicksonrandel.com Cindy is a native of Detroit. She is a member of the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce. Cindy currently serves on the Board of the New Wave Boat Club and keeps very active in the community. Cindy is responsible for the oversight of all tax preparation at Dickson, Randel & Company. She manages our staff and runs the office. Cindy is always around and available to answer questions ? with a smile! To develop her expertise, Cindy attends numerous continuing education seminars including Tax Planning Strategies, Income Tax Planning and Tax Updates. Cindy concentrates her professional efforts on tax preparation. She regularly works with small business owners, and specializes in tax preparation for restaurants, medical offices, and other service providers. Cindy and her husband, Jerry, reside in Rochester Hills with their teenage daughter, Tiffany. Cindy?s eldest daughter, Shauna, and her husband, Tim, live in Lake Orion with their handsome baby boy, Kaden. Come on in and Cindy will be glad to share photos of her first grandchild. |
